mom: lookit! the baby got a present from lis and art! it's a stim-mobile! we hang it over the baby's crib, nd these floating shapes help to develop his eyesight! thatababy: groovy!
For my kids when they were newborns I made brightly colored shapes on the ’puter and stuck them on the blades of our ceiling fan. It worked for the grand cost of 1 piece of printed paper and some tape.
