Back in the ‘70s when my dad was in the Navy, we would prepare for him going on a Med Cruise by stocking up on things like toothpaste, shaving cream, etc. (ship’s stores only take you so far) and one time, when my sister and brother were 2 and 1, respectively, they got into the shaving cream. 5 cans of Barbasol covered the bathroom…. and them. It amazed me how much those cans held. Smelled wonderful and mom said the bathroom never sparkled so brightly! Ah the memories, especially with the striped can.
That wonderful menthol smell! We used to put hairspray nozzles on shaving cream cans and have shaving cream wars on the way home from out of town band trips. All the boys were on one bus and the band director would remove the chaperones. Of course the bus had to be clean when arrived back at the band room.
