The Born Loser by Art & Chip Sansom STONEMAN'S PHARMACY Pharmacist: May I help you? Brutus: I just had this prescription refilled here today... Brutus: But when I got home, I noticed the pills looked different than the ones you've given me in the past for this prescription... Brutus: I know you sometimes switch manufacturers of generic drugs and those pills will often look different, but I want to be sure these are the correct pills for my prescription. Pharmacist: Let's see...well, you can rest easy - these are the correct pills for your prescription. Brutus: That's good. So the pills look different because the manufacturer changed? Pharmacist: No, the pills look different because the old pills you were taking were the wrong ones!

Funny how Doctors want to give you this or that pill for your problem, then when you see the Ads on TV for all the different medicines, the list of side effects is far worse than what you needed the medicine for in the first place. Then not long after comes the Lawsuit lawyer Ads, Did you or a loved suffer injury or Death from taking (whatever medicine), you may be entitled to compensation!!
I can’t remember the last time I had to go see a Doctor, I also can’t remember the last time I was sick, No Flu, common cold or sore throat, or anything else. Do suffer with hay fever a bit in the spring though when all the plants & trees are putting out pollen, but not bad enough to see a Doctor about it for any prescription medicine.

Drug companies are in business to treat ailments. If you get well, they can’t continue to make money. Naturopathy and holistic care are better – if they’re available and you can afford them.

Does it scare anybody to realize that doctors don’t get paid to keep you well, only to keep you alive. They have trouble collecting from the other kind.

Would have been a lot funnier if the name on the counter had been “Stoned Mans Pharmacy”

Hollie, you really need to stop spouting off about things you know nothing about. Just because ADHD isn’t in your bible doesn’t mean there’s no such thing.

“You take a pill, then you take two more pills to cure the side effects of the first pill.”Or go back to the Dark Ages, take no pills, and let the disease have its way with you. Your choice.
