A “trained” meteorologist…yeah, whatever. I’ve said for a long time that meteorologists are the only people in the world who can be wrong 95% of the time and still keep their job!

I vote for looking out the window. I do that every morning and then decide what to wear. I end up wearing appropriate clothing at least 85% of the time!
