In Utah they required by law to use a environmentally friendly soap which requires you run it in your dishwasher every 5 or 10 loads to clean it, plus you have to purchase extra stuff to make sure it rinses fine. Otherwise plain old dishwashing soap leaves things kind of messy, apparently the environmentally friendly kind doesn’t work very good.
