Good idea Brutas! I always hate the end of summer too.

Summer is not even close to being over here on the Texas coast.

We’ve had a wonderful August here in KS – no 100° days, although we had some earlier in the summer. Today’s forecast should be close to 90°, low was in the middle 60’s.

Where I am in North Georgia, summer is weeping its last day. It’s raining here.

I’m in the Atlanta area. We had a pretty mild summer, but a few days were sure HOT.

And they call Brutus the Born Loser! He’s a hero in my book, just like Nate. No sir, we “diehard” summer lovers hate to let go. We hang on ’til the last second.

People around me, all winter long complain how cold it is, come spring when the high is 50, they will go in shorts and tank tops, (I still wear a jacket) come fall, when its 50 degrees, they act like its soo cold. To me 50 isn’t all that cold, I still wear a light jacket.
