If it were me, and I paid to be on the course for a certain amount of time, I would look at it more as a chance to spend extra time at The 19th Hole, or at the very least chat with the golf pro, maybe try to work out a special volume discount price on golf balls.
I once ran out of golf balls by the 7th hole and my caddy couldn’t find a single one. I said “You must be the worst caddy in the world!” He said “No, that would be too much of a coincidence.”

Reminds me of lying 4 on the tee of a par 3 hole thanks to wind, elevation, and no more golf balls.

Same old story….

If Brutus would walk through the rough, instead of down the fairway to his ball, he would find more than he loses. He’s not the only duffer out there.

True, but (almost) every golfer has their “Tin Cup” moment at some point.
