My feral cats do the last one. When they first came out, and didn’t stop until either the battery was dead, or the owner shut it off, I taught a son’s 5 year old son how to find car alarms in a large parking lot (on the way into a Craft Sale) by gently tapping the mirror. The parking lot was full of noisy cars when we went in. They were silent when we left 8 hours later, but still there. I was a jerk.
Simply backing out of the garage sets off a series of alerts. On the other hand, I hadn’t realized that my car has lane veer alerts until I got a quote to replace the windshield today. Seems that I stay in my lane, she states proudly.
