FYI, Dallas swept the Dedskins last year, but their record was short of a winner.

I knew it was sports related when I did not recognize any.

Because sooner or later all Logo’s are dealt a Lowblow.

The one on the table is from the Checkerdome.

Trying hard to tell of this is some kind of politcal statement regarding the use of a Native American image in the Washington Redskins logo or just talking about how franchises change their logo’s all the time. Perhaps a bit of both.

I don’t get it.

The team was named the Redskins by the other team members in honour of their star player, an American Indian.

Even in comic strip land, Cowboys are America’s Team!

From Left to Right, Montreal Expos, Seattle Supersonics, Hartford Whalers, Minnesota Northstars, Houston Oilers, Seattle Pilots, & Quebec Nordiques!!! All teams that have moved out of their cities!! Confused as to why these logos would be any relation to the Skins, a quality franchise that isn’t going anywhere (moving or playoffs…LOL!)

The obvious and most poignant exclusion is the Washington Bullets, who’s logo was retired because it is not politically correct. The Redskins’ logo is also under attack for similar reasons.

being a Washingtonian, I resent the match up. But the score is an accurate representation of cowboys vs skins.
