Assuming we’re in the northern hemisphere and facing south, toward the plane of the ecliptic (the area of the sky where the sun, moon, and planets appear), it’s perfectly correct. East to our left; west to our right.
However, unless the last panel takes place in the pre-dawn hours of the early morning – the MOON is wrong! The lit edge of the crescent moon should be toward the sun, not away from it. That’s a waning crescent moon, which rises after midnight and before the sun, in the wee hours. Oh well, maybe he’s still awake in the wee hours!
