If it’s Wile E Coyote out there, they haven’t a thing to worry about.

The use of shadow on the moon is a nice touch. Don’t recall seeing that done before? As for coyotes remember when they were only found in the Southwestern part of the country? Now there truning up everywhere, looks like they’re going the way of the fox.

Yes, coyotes are everywhere now, even in the DC suburbs. The biggest difference is the eastern coyotes and coydogs, (some are hybrids with feral dogs) are quiet. They rarely howl at night.

Rory has a right to be concerned. He might need Stan and Horatio’s help.

Knew someone once who had a coyote/dog of some sort, forget what, mix. Pretty animal and VERY friendly! Smart too!

We kept losing sheep to coyotes or feral dogs, until my Dad put the sheep (only one by that point) in with the cattle. Worked great - I think that sheep died of old age. Worse problem was separating the sheep from the cattle each spring to shear it.
