I always assumed “gated communities” were safe. Well 4 months after moving in, my 3wheeler was stolen from right in front of my door. It was cabled to the iron staircase and was well lit. Office said, “Have you reported it to police?” I said why have a “gated community” if there is no security?

If you’re going to have a dog as part of the family, he should BE a part of the family. Not gated away to some convenient place.
