All I need to know I learned from video games. What about the real world? If I don't go there, I don't need to know about it, do I? So, the real world is like, what, college?
My 16 year old daughter, got a reality check not long ago.She got her first job, the first two weeks went great.Then she got her very first paycheck.she was shocked to she how much was taken off the top. for taxes.Reality, not only do you have to work for a living, the government charges you for the privilege.
So Toby is going live attached to the video game? Forever? …. Mom’s not going to feed him for that long. He’s going to have to figure out something..My reality check was when I had my very first apartment and discovered my mom wouldn’t drive 35 miles late at night to take care of a very, very, VERY large spider. sigh. I had to hunt the hairy eight legged beastie down myself. (couldn’t go to sleep until I knew it was gone)
