Watching people congratulate themselves is worse than spectating at a fishing tournament. “And I would like to thank XXX and XXXX and the milkman, oh, and not to forget XXXXX.”
I have missed most of the award shows this year. On the other hand – I am rather pleased that for 2 years running, my nomination for Sports Jerk of the Year – has come in 2nd. .Though I guess that means I have been watching too much sports. sigh. when there is nothing else on….. what else is there?
