Start the day unloading a couple of pallets of milk crates and stocking the milk, then unload the egg pallet and stack the boxes against the back wall, then after first break…
It’s a little like the park where I’ve walked my dog with friends and their dogs for the past twenty years. Most of the panicky New Years Joggers have quit by now, and the ones who’ve stuck no longer panic at everyone else who uses the park. Now, we’re just waiting on the Spring, when the new set of joggers come through and can’t believe there are so many people in the park where (since they’ve never been there before) they always thought nobody else went.

The good news … The few people who see you quit will be glad to see you go!

Relax. If you’ll notice, no one’s really paying any attention to you. Once you get past the first 4-6 weeks, you’re no longer a newbie.
