Instead of teaching the kids to be bullies, teach them to protect those weaker than themselves. The weaker ones are usually the smartest. Not only can the smartest help the young bullies get better grades in school, when they grow up, the bullies will be friends with someone who is going to be making lots of money and who will no doubt employ them as bodyguards.
