No one is so busy and nothing is that important that you can’t put down that phone while you drive or shop. How can anyone talk that much and about what?
They stop in the middle of the aisle to take that call, oblivious to everyone trying to get around them. We just shove their cart out of the way. I agree that there is very little that is that important to talk about at that very moment.

People need to just put their phones down whenever they are supposed to be concentrating on other things—-or concentrating on other people.

If the people drove the way on the road the way they drive their grocery carts, I’d rather invest in a tank to get around in….
