Hello, back from vacation, and wanted to mention something quickly.
I got a V-Mail about the fact that the last few days looked a little blurry, and wanted to explain why.
These were some of the first strips I did, back before signing the strip up with Comics Sherpa. They were designed to look best at 610 pixels wide. Sherpa (and GoComics) have a limit of 600 pixels wide, so the early strips need to be scaled down a notch to fit. This especially is visible in the text.
The best example of this is the added text in the header of today’s strip. Look at the difference between the E-Mail address and the “Originally ran…” text above it. The address is on the original strip, the new text is not.
The reruns finish this week as I restart production now that I’m back in the office.
