We were in an alleged restaurant where they were apparently having a latin fusion dance party going on 20 feet away. (You haven’t lived until you’ve heard an amateur mashup of Michael Jackson on 45 and some mariachi number; I’m still humming ”Billie Jean no es mi novia…”)
That was where I had the idea for most of today’s strip, including the “vibrating Victoria” effect. As soon as the punchline came, I put this one together.
