Hey gang. I wanted to explain what’s going on with the reruns.
A few weeks ago my furnace died. Since it was of an 1895vintage it was bound to happen sooner or later.
Further complicating the situation is that it turns out our old furnace Ian completely encased in asbestos, which is going to further complicate things.
It’s going to cost us somewhere in the neighborhood of $3,500 to replace the beast.
As as result, I’ve had chest congestion and bronchitis for the better part of a month now which has made things difficult. Coughing fits come and go. And it’s 43 degrees in my office right now. I spend most of my time curled up in front of a space heater in my bedroom.
I have been trying to sell my late mother’s house to cover the cost of the furnace but it is taking a lot longer than I expected.
The good side, however, is that this gives me a chance to show off some of my favorite storylines from 13 years ago.
