I get a text about a Dr’s appointment – Y means you will be there, N to cancel or reschedule – then I get a phone call asking if I’m going to be there – then I get a phone call reminding me when it is. What a waste of time and $$$ but they don’t seem to care. I quit responding to them and just go in at my scheduled time.
