In India they pretty much DON’T eat dogs. In Japan, they have TONS and TONS of whale meat frozen and are running massive advertising campaigns to get the common people to eat it.
Why?
Because they DON’T eat whale meat and never did. It was always the food of the few ethnic groups of certain areas, and the wealthy.
