When I lived in Virginia I hated the sound of those poor moths and other bugs being fried. And as you said it didn’t do anything to kill the mosquitos and flies. Also they would fly over and spray for mosquitos and warn people to keep their bees inside. How do you keep a bee inside? Then the birds and the bats would eat the poisoned bugs. Just use insect repellant if you live in a hot, humid climate. Get over it.
