could you follow bob's health regimen? diet every other week or so, eat only a salad for lunch, no dressing. and then at 3:40, give up and eat a slice of pizza and a milky way. resume normal eating. strength every once in a while, during a commercial, lift your legs up. feel the burn. each time you flip to a bodybuilding contest on tv, do five push-ups. sometimes, when carrying groceries, lift your arms out a few times. posture when you see an elderly person hunched over, straighten up for the next three minutes. exercise 1. think about starting an exercise program. 2. resolve to do it. 3. really resolve to do it! 4. no, seriously! really swear you will start exercising! 5. do another rep next month.
