    It’s sort of true. When the Germans were firing V1 cruise missiles into England, the BBC reported that they had hit farther west than they really had. Therefore, the Germans shortened the range to try to hit central London. That was clever, but the people in east London didn’t think so.

    @pcolliYeah! In Autocad ya gott use osnaps. In Microstation, ‘tentative point’. Drag and drop just doesn’t do it.
