To hear my colleagues at work, you’d think they do not think. There are even those extreme Eurosceptics who wish it gets worse so that they are revindicated. Nutters.I guess it takes someone from the outside, like me, to see the potential of what Europe could be. Solidarity? I’m not so sure the Europeans are ready for it. Yeah, to hear them, not just my Briish colleagues, even my multi-national colleagues who have directly benefited from the free travel etc the EU has given them, you’d think self-interest would convince them to grudgingly support the union, but no.
