Does the name Robert T. April ring a bell with anyone? The “First” Captain of the U.S.S. ENTERPRISE ?

They all missed the logical choice: Captain Spock.

Never heard of either Sisko or Archer – but then I´m not that into star trek.

Sisko is “Deep Space Nine”. Archer is “Enterprise”. I like all the captains, so I have a hard time rating them. Picard, Sisko, and Janeway are all favorites of mine. I’m currently rewatching “Enterprise” on Hulu, and I think it was a much better show than it gets credit for. Scott Bakula’s performance as Archer does kind of lack the charisma of the other actors who’ve played a captain, though. He’s a little too introverted and angsty. That may be why so few people liked the show. The actor playing the captain definitely sets the tone for the series.

Captain Styles (he had a baton!)

DATA was a Captain once. A very logical one also.

They left out Christopher Pike.

Correct me if I’m wrong but in the Movie “Wrath of Khan” Sulu was a Captain of his own ship but never the Enterprise.
