Like the one Halloween decades ago where I decided I needed another bag of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and ran out to get it. Never had any more trick-or-treaters that night.
We used to have lots of kids at our house. Then we moved to a seniors apartment. We didn’t buy any candy, and needed none. I kind of miss it, but I don’t miss the house.
