Roy grew up to become an expert on space, he has a lot of it between his ears.

I still have a couple of “Shut up Wesley!” buttons.

They had to sneak Wheaton in through the service entrance for a panel at one Con.

    Not a popular character.

I was tired of writing for shows where there was always a shoot-out in the last act and somebody was killed. ‘Star Trek’ was formulated to change that. Gene Roddenberry

The original ‘Star Trek’ series is the classic one. Its successor, ‘The Next Generation,’ is less lovable, but at its best, it’s smarter. Cass Sunstein

People think that being on Star Trek is career suicide, but it’s really just the opposite. Brent Spiner

I think Star Trek has been very double-edged for all of us – as actors, writers, directors. Jonathan Frakes

All the people in Star Trek will always be known as those characters. And what characters to have attached to your name in life! The show is such a phenomenon all over the world. Nichelle Nichols

Star Trek has brought so much of what I want within my grasp. DeForest Kelley

Having played many roles of scientific intellect I do have an empathy for that world. It’s been hard on me because flying the Enterprise for seven years in Star Trek and sitting in Cerebro in X-men has led people to believe that I know what I’m talking about. But I’m still trying to work out how to operate the air conditioning unit on my car. Patrick Stewart
