I apologize for getting off track here,but this is one thing that has always chap my fanny about people and donuts. I once worked where the higher ups would on occasion bring in donuts. I am someone who is never able too pass up on (free) donuts. Without fail by the time i could get too the break room there would be several donuts broke in half. Come on guys seriously you are incapable of eating one whole donut.

As a manager he needs to learn to delegate. Go to the donut store and ask for an assortment. Let the experienced donut pro pick them out for you.

In the name of productivity cancel the staff meeting. Nothing happens in meetings that can’t be dealt with quicker in email.
