This was pretty much the Superman villain Brainiac as he originally looked in the comic books with some pounds added on. Back in the 1960s, Brainiac was Superman’s greatest foe after Luthor. Among other things, Brainiac shrank the Kryptonian city of Kandor and put it in a bottle.
