If you wait long enough, maybe people won’t recall recycled strips (throwback or not).

NO one dresses up for an interview these days. A guy walked into my office ( unannounced), put his feet up in MY desk, and said “I wanna job”. I replied " 1) Get your feet off my desk 2) I would not hire you even if I was desperate 3) Don’t let the door hit you on the way out". He just look dumbfounded and probably wondered why he had a hard time finding a job. If a person cannot take the time to prepare for an interview, what does that say about their work ethic, and psychologists can take a flying leap on their “give them a helping hand” crap.

Young people are beginning to realize that spending all of your time on line / staring at your phone / in your room, does not equip you for dealing with the real world. If Trump’s recession hits, the job market will reverse and there will be many people looking for each job, including those with experience and willing to prepare for the interview. “Reality Bites”

I showed up to an interview wearing a suit. The interviewer told me I dressed to traditionally for their relaxed work culture. He thanked me and told me to have a nice day.
