How did he get onboard with a knife big enough to carve that bird? I always pre-slice even the apples and cheese that I used to take. I would now have apple with bean salad, and soy milk instead of my gin ;-P When I go back to eating meat, I’ll STILL have the free range turkey breast that I roast myself in fresh herbs and white wine, but probably limit red meat to once every month or so (not every week) and it will still be lean filet mignon.
