The only place I ever had expensive hot dogs was at the ballpark/stadium, the only reason they’re expensive is because you’re at the ballpark/stadium…..and anything but Stadium Mustard is too messy.

I have never been to a hotdog place that sells any of those things. Never even heard of any of them. The craziest I’ve ever had is a Chicago dog.
