Interesting problem. The pogo stick works by compressing the spring when you come down. In reduced gravity the spring won’t compress as far. I haven’t tried to model it but my first thought was that it won’t send you any higher than you would be able to on Earth. OTOH, you can jump higher in reduced gravity so that might enable you to get higher on the pogo stick. In the end, it’s your legs that do all the work.
