Policy would be a disaster for me. Until people get to know me they are often terrified by me. I don’t think I’m grotesque and i do everything possible to be friendly and supportive, but I’ve had more than one woman quit when i was training them to be a cashier. They were fine when anyone else was training them but i absolutely terrified them and I have no idea why.
