Misanthrope can be optimistic in how they hate people

so many things on Zack’s mind when being the son of a boarding house operator

He may seem like a Paradox and this may seem to be like an oxymoron

… but Mr. Grumbine is kind of a lovable misanthrope.

An optimist thinks this is the best of all possible worlds. The pessimist fears that this is true.

Well, as the proverb has it, “Life is something to do”.
