did this have anything to do with the comic strip “pearls before swine” ? last week or so they did a week long spoof on the “no pants ziggy” theme and now he has pants. on an interesting side note, the yahoo comic site allows you to look at past comics but “pearls before swine” is locked on today. (dun dun DUN !!!)

I think it is ridiculous …. Ziggy has been around a lot longer than pearls before swine.

It is a CARTOON CHARACTER ….. next they will want a shirt on Mickey Mouse.

I was putting the knock on Ziggy for not wearing pants long before PBS. If it took PBS to amke the change, then I’m all for it. Now Ziggy looks semi-respectable.

Maybe after seeing his fourty-year-old pants, Ziggy went on a pre-Christmas shopping spree!

i couldn’t wear 40 year old pants! for one thing, i was 12 at the time - and no way am i the same size as when i was 12. (i ain’t the same size i was 4 years ago.)

One day of pants is too much. Ziggy is 5 times as old as the complainers. Let THEM put pants on! Ziggy should be telling THEM what to do!!!
