I believe on June 7, 1947 they began painting the “Green Monster” which caused America’s favorite baseball team to win the Worlds Series 57 years later. This marvelous green structure is best viewed Fenway (America’s best ballpark) when the Boston team is beating the Sox off those horrible NY Yankees.
