A few years ago, I needed some repair work done on our gutters. I didn’t know who to call, so I looked up “gutters” in the phone book. You remember the phone book, don’t you?.Anyway, after four calls to answering machines, the fifth company answered with a warm body; obviously a female warm body. After a couple of questions, I gave her the order for their company to come do the work..She then asked my why I chose their company?.I said, “Because you actually answered the phone…”
