the seller must be really desperate to sell the house

I interpreted that as a house in need of many repairs.

I’d be motivated to get out of there.

By leaving that sign up, I’d say that this realtor either isn’t very experienced or totally skipped the PR part of her training.

So what is that a musician’s house? A treble clef, a sharp, two half notes and a base clef? A musical chair house for sale? Don’t really get the punch line.

It must not be worth much more than a dollar.

I don’t think I’d want to buy a house that’s been symbolized…

That’s probably not a good omen

Check the neighbors.. With that kind of motivation inevitably a neighbor is involved.

Buyer beware…..

That was my opinion after my house had been on the market for 6 months.
