I do think fake crowd noise added to MLB games helps, better than those cardboard fans. Though it was kind of funny seeing a line drive take out a cardboard woman’s head. (Forgive me, I liked the Stooges too).
I don’t need a laugh track to tell me what’s funny and I don’t need an “app” to tell me what stinks. I’m quite able to discern both for myself. Laugh tracks stink!
We have always moved from one crisis to another. We suffer one disturbance and shock after another and it shall always be so. There is just enough separation from each occurrence that our short term memory loss always gives us some hope that it will be the last. It won’t, but we never lose hope.

Would that be a sarcastic laugh, “Well har-de har-har, Aren’t we funny?”, or an ironic one, “Heh-heh-heh, Yep, saw that coming”?

May as well; it’s more fiction than anything.

Sitting that close to such a large screen is probably not good.

A waste of time and effort – nothing funny on the news. And now a hurricane right next door. Maybe a laugh track for the hurricane…….Nevermind.

A laugh track really doesn’t go with cute puppies and kittens.

Our (Fake) POTUS should add a laugh track to all his announcements.
