Pardon me, but A&M is way, way better than UT. I should know, I was there in the ‘70’s. The Bonfire did take a couple of weeks to construct, however, it only burned for a few hours. Soo…this Aggie was either staring at a pile of logs or taking some type of drug which made a few hours seems like weeks.
Sure, A&M wasn’t in the middle of downtown Austin, on the other hand we didn’t have to build up, we could spread out. The education is very good there. My friend’s oldest son works for MicroSoft and he just finished working on Window’s 7. He came up with some stuff that is now patented and he got mucho $$ for it. I sure wish some of him and rubbed off on my son, but everyone can’t be a software genius.
