Never my problem. My resolution is to sleep more so I’ll get enough. Not succeeding tonight.

Depends on how much exercise you get while you’re in bed.

Any suggestions about what to do about it, or why it’s bad? I sleep ten hours and night and take a two hour nap every day. It prevents me from accomplishing anything, and although the doctors say “that’s not good”, they never offer any other information. (And I work in the medical field!)

Get some sleep for me Adam, I couldn’t sleep until 6 this morning. Kids are so cute before life crushes their dreams.

I am surprised Adam can sleep with all the coffee circulating through his veins! Unless he drinks decaf!.Wait! Decaf is not really coffee…

I like that. Save the Galaxy first. World peace is hard, leave it for last is a good idea. I work best at 8.5 to 9 hrs per night. But work gets in the way. So does all the rest of the stuff we are suppose to fit into our daily lives. Cook dinner. Eat dinner. Make lunch. Clean. 1 hour of exercise (can’t do it at work – only have a 30 minute lunch) Travel to/from work – when ARE we to relax and sleep?
