I think he is just joking around to have fun with Clayton, but it is Adam, so it is quite possible he really does this every time!

It’s ok if the beef has a name. I can hear him now, “Hey Chuck, you’re not very lean. you need to lose some fat.”
Or another name, “Sir Loin, you are going to make a great burger.”

I am sure he make a awesome burger. In fact I think Adam Sally Forth husband should do a cross over and exchange ideas. He is a bit weird about hamburgers too

I know how to “dress” game to prepare it for cooking; however I rarely address it while I am doing the butchering…
