    here is something 36 % : 89 million of those of the Voting-Eligible Population choose not to vote. Most for not lack of interest. Just they are feed up with two right of center parties. How to get them to vote give a choice they want. Both parties fail. I did vote for Harris, mind you. But we can do better.
