Try bit of honey in the warm milk. Similar to hot chocolate, but with the choc.

However, even if you do not have a problem with milk, some people get almighty leg cramps in the middle of the night.

Well, plain warm milk isn’t any good. But if you sweeten it a little and add some cinnamon and nutmeg, it’s actually quite good! I haven’t had that in a long time.

Honestly, I drink a glass of plain, cold milk every night before bed, and I generally sleep well, and between that and the magnesium supplement, I no longer get leg cramps – potassium worked better, but can be dangerous. Why would the milk have to be warm? That’s nasty.

When I was in kindergarten I got a sour pint of milk, I haven’t drunk milk since then, I turned 80 in may. I use a minimal amount of milk on cereal and dump whats left after eating.I get most of my calcium from cheese and ice cream.

Actually, it’s not the milk being warm that actually does it. It’s the boredom of standing there watching the milk heat up to make sure it doesn’t boil over that does it.

It’s actually even drinkable if you add a spoonful of sugar and vanilla extract
