It would be nice if he could help her.

It would also be nice if he would leave her alone and let her think if he won’t help her. Though I think he’s trying to make her fail.

With Laura in full “Adam Emulation” mode Adam finally gets to see what others see.

I would be a pest for a different reason

For some reason I think its hot when my wife’s hair is a mess

What started out as fun has turned into Hell.

It’s just nice to know there’s actual work involved.

Was that Joey from friends he was channeling?

Don’t be a gloat goat dude. “I told you so” is a one way ticket to the couch, or in some extreme cases, a night in the back of the car.

I always took long walks when that happened and started writing again when I got home. Wouldn’t work now, of course. Have to be able to hold onto memories for at least an hour.

A computer can become a lethal weapon Adam. Don’t push it……

Doesn’t come as easy when it’s not phun, does it?

Hmm – she wrote the entire book with no problems at all which resulted in it being so good that there was a bidding war. Exactly what is she supposed to be rewriting and why is it suddenly so difficult?

Actually I think he’s sympathizing with her plight, having been there, done that.

Over the decades I’ve done a bit of “professional” writing. As in, got paid for my scribbling. I love to write, I love the “creative process” but I cannot imagine trying to do it for a living. Got paid for a few non-fiction articles and had a regular column in a specialty hobby publication. If you love what you do it isn’t work, but even writing about a topic you are passionate about is draining when you are on a deadline.

It takes a very special kind of mind to be able to turn on the faucet and pour out QUALITY content day in and day out.

I think Laura will have a new appreciation for Adam going forward
