A lady at customer service once said to me ‘but Barb never makes me sign this’. I asked her if she wanted to come back when Barb was here then. Barb later told me the same customer told her Johanna never makes her sign.

I had a customer once that said he didn’t want to show me his ID because that’s how the government tracks you. Had to call the supervisor over to deal with that one!

Some kind of alcohol or prescription drug!

All of your information is on the internet. If you have a driver’s license, own a house, wrote 1 check, bought one thing with a credit card, have a facebook or google account, own a cell phone, prescribe to netflix, amazon, youtube, etc. your information is on the internet somewhere. If you were born in the last 30 years, or have a health plan, your info is also there.

I had that conversation with my old boss many times. If it is a rule make it consistent or do away with it, because it confuses everyone. he would make everyone do something one day and then stop and start again. It made the workers mad and it really upset the customers.

I was once carded when I was around 60. IIRC, it was spray paint.

Some customers are either stupid or passed stupid school with flying colours
