Look at it this way. When he becomes a judge, you get more money and you can both go out to eat a lot more often. Then, you’ll get to see more people and you’ll have more stuff to draw about.

Wait, he’s being lampooned? Aren’t you the butt of all the jokes?

You may be too young to have seen reruns of I Married Joan with Joan Davis and Jim (Mr. Howell) Backus 1952-55 but Joan managed to make being married to a judge funny.

Ha! If Amanda had to stop drawing comics just because Dan became a judge, I’d say HE is the Super Selfish Spouse! (But I’m pretty sure he’s not, so … whew!)
